General conditions for the attendees of the LindyTech workshops.

General Terms
The general terms and conditions for the attendees of Lindy Tech workshops are the essential and binding part of the contract-registration between the organizer and the individual who registers to the respective workshop.

Payment Terms
By registering for the respective event or workshop, each individual is expected to pay the adequate fee within the deadline. In case the registration fee has not been paid before the event or workshop, the organizers hold the right to give away the reserved spot in the workshop. The attendee is responsible for all bank transfer costs.

Changes
The organizers have all the rights to change the time, location and price of the workshops.

Cancellation by attendee
If a registration is canceled more than 4 weeks before the workshop, the paid fee might be fully refunded. Cancelations less than 4 weeks before the event might only receive a partial refunded – this is at the discretion of the organizers.

Injuries and Thefts
The organizers will not be held responsible for any physical injuries or thefts that might occur in the time of any workshop.

Code of Conduct
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions the participant agrees to act accordingly to the Lindy Tech Code of Conduct

Privacy Policy
We take the privacy of our attendees seriously. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users while providing personalized and valuable services. This Privacy Policy statement explains the data processing practices of any workshop. If you have any requests concerning your personal information or any queries with regard to these practices please contact us by e-mail.

Information Collected
We collect personal information from you through the use of inquiry and registration forms and every time you e-mail us your details.
